Q 1. How are you able to bring in items to the US?

A 1. We bring in full containers of furniture and decorations. Mostly special order and made to order. If a container is not full we buy as many items as necessary to fill the container at deep discounts from our vendors and pass on to you.

Q 2. How long does it take to ship?

A 2. A typical container takes 30 days to cross the ocean. Oncde in Los Angeles it takes about a week to arrive at our wharehouse to prepare for delivery.

Q 3. Who sources your products?

A 3. Our Bali Imported owner lives in Bali over ½ the year. The special order items like live edge wood are sourced from vendors that guarantee sustainable harvesting. Custom order items are given special attention and communication with our coustomers.

Q 4. Do you do custom orders?

A 4. Yes we do. We source items like custom cabinetry, glass, live edge wood and furniture. If requested we will custom make orders with a $10,000 minimum order.

Q 5. How much is shipping?

A 5. Typically shipping is 10% to 15% of the Dollar value of the cargo.

Q 6. How can I get the best price?

A 6. We have several pricing schedules. Ask your account representative for the best pricing options.

Q 7. Are your wood products from sustainable materials ?

A 7. Yes our reclaimed boat teak furniture is recycled Indonesian boat teak. Our live edge wood is from fallen trees and sustainable forest practices.

Q 8. How long does it take from order to delivery?

A 8. It takes 60 to 90 days once an order is complete to deliver by container.
